A) Government Recognised Diploma Course (English Medium)

• Duration: 3 Years Part Time Daily
• HOURS : 1.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
• ADMISSIONS : As per the norms prescribed by the Director of Technical Education Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
• ELIGIBILITY : Minimum Qualification S.S.C. Pass.

B) Institute’s Diploma Course (English Medium)

• Duration: First Year (Part Time), Second Year (Part Time)
• HOURS : 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m
• ADMISSIONS : As per the norms prescribed by our Institute, suitable for deserving student, who have passed S.S.C. Exam.
• ELIGIBILITY : Minimum Qualification S.S.C. Pass.

SEMINARS

• a) Case study of various Projects.
• b) Market Survey.
• c) Visits to other Institutions.
• ELIGIBILITY : Minimum Qualification S.S.C. Pass.

GUEST LECTURES

• Special Lectures by Architects and Interior Designers.

STUDY TOUR

• Yearly Study Tours are arranged to study the Prominent Projects executed in cities in India.

EXHIBITION

• Exhibition of Students work.

ENROLMENT

• 1) Application for admissions for FIRST YEAR, Government Course & Institute Course should reach the office of the Institution on or before the Tenth Day of the declaration of S.S.C. Results.
• 2) Application forms must accompany, the attested copies of the Certificates as prescribed in the Admission Forms, the Originals of which must be submitted at the time of Admission.
• 3) List of the selected candidates for admission to First Year class will be put on the NOTICE BOARD. The candidates will be selected on their Merits and the decision of the AUTHORITIES will be final.
